Caroline is currently working as the Co-Editor on the Cetacea Volume in the Springer series the Handbook of the Mammals of Europe. The handbook offers a unique collection of information on all wild mammal species living in Europe and will serve as a standard reference guide for all mammalogists and readers interested in research on mammals.
The Cetacea Volume contains chapters on all extant cetacean species that currently occur in Europe, each produced by regional species experts. Each chapter contains a European overview of species taxonomy, distribution, life history, ecology, behaviour, diseases and the species conservation and management.
